· Create a new Revenue build
· Project revenue on a per client basis
· Include preferred metrics in the projections (e.g. Billings, MRR, etc)
· Include prepaid and monthly options
· Create Summary of Revenue Accounts
· Break out revenue between Compliance and Advisory (Possibly create two builds)
· Properly calculate other Revenue streams (e.g Data, TARP)
COGS Build
· Recreate the COGS build
· Create COGS projections on a per client basis or allocation of costs
· Establish gross margins on a per product/service basis
· Create Summary of COGS Accounts
· Break out COGS between Compliance and Advisory
Headcount / Staffing Plan
· Rebuild the Headcount build
· Group hires based on Categories/Groupings (e.g. COGS & Department)
· Establish and build out additional cost associated with hiring & allocation
· Properly calculate employee headcount
· Establish Headcount Grouping
Income Statement
· Create two income statements (Compliance and Advisory)
· Create a combined version of the two income statements
· Review and update Chart of accounts
· Establish process for importing data from Quickbooks
OPEX
· Create two OPEX builds (Compliance and Advisory)
· Properly structure increases year over year
Review & Summary
· Make sure that data is flowing properly through the financial model
· Review assumptions and check overall model logic
· Update summary pages and condensed financial statements
· Review financial summaries
· Discuss updates with Vivian
